Our flavours

At Sussex Ice cream  we offer a carefully curated range of handcrafted ice creams and sorbets to suit both foodservice and retail customers. Our full ice cream collection is available in 5-litre scooping tubs, while our sorbets are supplied in 2.5-litre tubs. We also offer 120ml impulse tubs (complete with a spoon in the lid!) across eight of our most loved flavours. ​

Artisan 1780 Madagascan Vanilla ice cream flavour description. Premium Madagascan vanilla, rich with real vanilla seeds and finished with a hint of vanilla liqueur for warmth and subtle complexity. Pure, elegant and timeless.
Artisan 1977 Salted Caramel ice cream flavour description. Rich caramel balanced with Maldon sea salt and finished with crunchy handmade salted caramel pieces. Sweet, salty and utterly irresistible.
Artisan 1971 Banoffee Pie ice cream flavour description. Fresh bananas, rich caramel and a hint of ginger, blended with crunchy shortcake biscuit pieces and milk chocolate blossoms. Comforting and indulgent.
Artisan 1803 Gingerbread ice cream flavour description. Handmade Sussex gingerbread with black treacle, candied orange and lemon peel churned through our cream base with warming ginger spice.
Artisan 1652 Coffee ice cream flavour description. Freshly ground coffee steeped into our rich cream base and finished with a touch of coffee liqueur for a smooth, roasted flavour.
Artisan 1886 Maple & Pecan ice cream flavour description. Pure maple syrup churned into our rich cream base with lightly roasted pecans for a smooth, buttery flavour and satisfying crunch.
Artisan 1937 Smarty Party ice cream flavour description. Creamy peanut butter and caramel swirled through our rich cream base with crunchy house-made salted peanut brittle. Bold, indulgent and irresistible.
Artisan South Downs Raspberry Sorbet flavour description. Made with raspberry purée, South Downs mineral water and fresh lemon juice for a vibrant, intensely fruity and refreshing sorbet.
Artisan 1893 Double Chocolate Bronwie ice cream flavour description. Rich double cream ice cream swirled with our house-made dark chocolate brownie sauce and generously packed with fudgy brownie pieces. Deeply indulgent.
Artisan 1962 Mint Chocolate ice cream flavour description. Cool mint chocolate crème blended through our rich cream base, with crisp chocolate pieces for the perfect balance of freshness and indulgence.
Artisan 1932 Rum & Raisin ice cream flavour description. Plump raisins and dark rum folded into our rich double cream base for a timeless, warming classic with subtle boozy depth.
Artisan 1940 Pistachio & White Chocolate ice cream flavour description. Pure pistachio paste and white chocolate folded into our rich cream base, with roasted pistachio pieces adding crunch and a beautifully nutty finish.
Artisan 1390 Honey & Stem Ginger ice cream flavour description. Floral honey and stem ginger folded through our rich cream base for a beautifully balanced blend of gentle sweetness and warming spice.
Artisan 1896 Cherry & Chocolate ice cream flavour description. Sweet Amarena cherries, rich dark chocolate brownie and flowing chocolate sauce come together for a bold, indulgent Black Forest-inspired flavour.
Artisan South Downs Mango & Lime Sorbet flavour description. Sweet mango purée balanced with fresh lime juice for a tropical sorbet that's bright, refreshing and full of vibrant fruit flavour.
Artisan South Downs Passionfruit Sorbet flavour description. Passionfruit purée blended with South Downs mineral water for a vibrant, tropical sorbet with bright tartness and exceptional fruit flavour.
Artisan 1509 Strawberries and Cream ice cream flavour description. Whole strawberries are churned into our fresh cream base with a touch of strawberry syrup and a squeeze of lemon juice for a bright, classic flavour.
Artisan 1797 Marmalade & Honeycomb ice cream flavour description. House-made orange marmalade swirled through rich cream ice cream with melted honeycomb and crunchy honeycomb pieces for a zesty, satisfying finish.
Artisan 1806 Lemon Meringue Pie ice cream flavour description. Fresh lemon juice and our vanilla ice cream with soft meringue pieces and buttery shortcake biscuit for a bright, classic dessert flavour.
Artisan 1920 Raspberry Pavlova ice cream flavour description. Whole raspberries and elderflower churned into our rich cream base with crushed meringue for a light, fruity flavour and delicate crunch.
