AWARD WINNING ICE CREAMS AND SORBETS HAND CRAFTED BY CHEFS At Sussex Ice Cream, every flavour tells a story; 1509 Strawberries & Cream, inspired by the Tudor-era treat famously served at Hampton Court, or 1940 White Chocolate & Pistachio, celebrating the first time pistachio appeared in ice cream. And for something indulgent, our 1893 Chocolate Brownie pays homage to the iconic brownie created at the Palmer House Hotel in Chicago. We take these timeless inspirations and craft them with the best local Sussex ingredients, bringing history straight to our Ice Cream!

The benchmark for great vanilla. We use only Madagascan vanilla, thick with real vanilla seeds, and finish the recipe with a gentle measure of Tuaca vanilla liqueur for warmth and quiet complexity. Beautifully pure and quietly sophisticated - the one to judge all others by.

A deeply indulgent chocolate lover's dream. Rich double cream ice cream is swirled with our house-made dark chocolate brownie sauce - crafted with dark chocolate, golden syrup and fresh cream - then loaded with generous chunks of the same fudgy brownie. Dense, dark and utterly irresistible.

1977 Salted Caramel
The flavour that changed everything. Generous caramel is balanced with Maldon sea salt and finished with hand-made salted rock caramel pieces for crunch and contrast. Deeply sweet, gently salty - a perfect balance that keeps you reaching for the next spoonful.

Quintessentially British and unexpectedly brilliant. A sharp, zesty house-made marmalade, crafted from fresh oranges, is swirled through our rich cream base. Melted handmade honeycomb is folded in, then finished with crunchy pieces for a perfectly satisfying texture in every bite.

1962 Mint Chocolate
Cool, dark and completely addictive. We fold mint chocolate creme through our cream base in two ways - blended smooth for depth and broken into pieces for bite. The result is a refreshingly clean mint hit against a rich, lingering chocolate finish.

Creamy caramel biscuity spread - with its signature caramelised spice and warm cinnamon notes - is swirled generously through a caramel base for a layered, irresistible flavour that's impossible to put down.

1940 Pistachio & White Chocolate
Indulgent, creamy and beautifully elegant. Rich white chocolate is melted into our double cream base alongside decedent pistachio for a smooth, gently nutty flavour with that distinctive milky sweetness white chocolate does so well. Running through it all are shards of house-made pistachio brittle - caramelised sugar and whole pistachio nuts, cracked into satisfying pieces - adding crunch, depth and a roasted nuttiness in every bite.

1390 Honey & Stem Ginger
Floral sweetness meets warming spice. Honey provides a gentle, rounded sweetness while stem ginger - softened in its own syrup - adds little bursts of heat throughout. Elegant, aromatic and quietly addictive - a flavour that delights with every spoonful.
