Great ingredients mean everything to us. That's why we always use the freshest, most local and seasonal ones we can find. We never add artificial flavourings, stabilisers or additives
Every luxurious scoop is handmade by our small team of chefs in our West Sussex kitchen.

We make our ice cream and sorbet like no one else in the country. Every scoop is handmade, without the help of machines, in small batches by just three chefs in our West Sussex kitchen.
OUR TEAM & ICE CREAM HQ
It's what's on the inside that counts
Adam and Toby head up the production team and between them have over 15 years experience as Chefs and making our award winning ice creams and sorbets. They are supported by our owners Charlie and Zane who look after our customers and new business.
Our production kitchen is in Worthing, West Sussex, tucked down a little lane that leads to our unit. We are always happy to see people, so if you would like to pop in and try some ice cream then please let us know.
